Section 44
Repeal and Save
: (1) Rapti Sub-Regional Hospital Development Committee (Formation) Order, 2068 is repealed.
(2) The teachers and employees working in the development committee as per the formation order as per sub-section (1) will be transferred to the same level and level position of the institution.
(3) All actions taken in accordance with the order under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been taken in accordance with this Act.
(4) All rights and responsibilities including movable, immovable property, transactions, loans, money in the name of the development committee as per the order under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be transferred to the foundation.
(5) Until a hospital management committee is formed in accordance with this Act, the committee formed in accordance with the order under sub-section (1) shall do the work of the hospital management committee.
(2) The teachers and employees working in the development committee as per the formation order as per sub-section (1) will be transferred to the same level and level position of the institution.
(3) All actions taken in accordance with the order under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to have been taken in accordance with this Act.
(4) All rights and responsibilities including movable, immovable property, transactions, loans, money in the name of the development committee as per the order under sub-section (1) shall be deemed to be transferred to the foundation.
(5) Until a hospital management committee is formed in accordance with this Act, the committee formed in accordance with the order under sub-section (1) shall do the work of the hospital management committee.
